Darius M. Nickerson VI received his J.D. degree in 1983 from Brigham Young University. He then received an advanced legal degree, an LL.M. from Tulane University.
Mr. Nickerson spent 14 years doing strictly criminal defense of charges ranging from capitol murder, sexual assaults, robberies, burglaries, drug trafficking, DUI, domestic violence cases, and every other criminal charge under Arizona law.
In 1999, Mr. Nickerson began private practice in the firm of Burns & Nickerson. At this time Mr. Nickerson began criminal defense practice in Federal Court. He also began practice in the area of personal injury and wrongful death.
